Refund Policy

Credits

Credits are sold in one-time packs. There is no subscription, nothing renews, and there is no free trial. Credits are valid for 12 months from purchase. One 15-second HD (720p) video uses 100 credits; a 480p video uses 50.

Automatic credit refunds

If a generation fails, times out or is blocked by a safety check, the credits are returned to your balance automatically. You don’t need to contact us.

Money-back refunds

• Unused packs: you can request a full refund within 7 days of purchase if you haven’t used any credits from that pack.
• Broken videos: if a finished video is clearly broken (for example, frozen, missing riders or badly distorted), email us within 7 days and we will refund the credits or the payment.
• Videos that work as described but don’t match personal taste are generally not refundable, because each generation has a real compute cost.

How to request

Email contact@carpoolkaraokeai.org from the address you signed up with, and include the order email or video link. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method through our payment provider, Waffo, usually within 5–10 business days.
