What every HD video includes
A 15-second MP4 of your crew — one to four riders, people or pets — in the viral carpool karaoke car scene: the trend’s camera cuts and the original “Walk It Like I Talk It” hook, lined up. 9:16 for TikTok, Reels and Shorts, or 16:9. No watermark.
How credits work
One HD (720p) video uses 100 credits and a 480p video uses 50, so a pack never forces one size on you. Credits are only taken when a video starts, and they last 12 months.
Refunds
Failed and blocked videos are refunded to your credits automatically. Unused packs can be refunded within 7 days. Details are in the refund policy.
Which Carpool Karaoke AI pack should I get?
One video of your own crew? The Single Ride is enough. Most people take the Crew Pack: the friend group, the family and a pets-only ride. The Fan Page Pack is for creators who make a version for every team. Want to see the results first? Watch the Carpool Karaoke AI examples — every one is an unedited run of the same pipeline — or start with a 480p video at half the credits.
FAQ
Carpool Karaoke AI pricing questions
How do credits work?
Packs add credits to your balance. One 15-second HD (720p) video uses 100 credits and a 480p video uses 50. Credits are only taken when a video starts, and they come back automatically if it fails.
Do credits expire?
Credits last 12 months from purchase and work for any crew: 1–4 riders, people or pets, in 9:16 or 16:9.
What payment methods do you accept?
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay and Google Pay, through our merchant of record, Waffo, which also handles sales tax and receipts.
Can I get a refund?
Failed and blocked videos are refunded to your credits automatically. Unused packs can be refunded within 7 days of purchase, and clearly broken videos are covered too — see the refund policy.
Is this a subscription?
No. Every pack is a one-time payment. Nothing renews and there is nothing to cancel.
What’s the difference between 480p and 720p?
720p HD is sharper and is what we recommend for posting. 480p uses half the credits and is a cheaper way to try a new crew or photo before making the HD version.
